At Kirtland AFB, New Mexico bought in to be an FTD trainer, but could not be used for such due to lack of T.O.'s. It is primarily the 188th FS paint test bird. All of our paint schemes are tested and reviewed on 79-0404 before going fleetwide. Most of the internal parts have been removed and this aircraft will never fly again.
