I started my tour crewing F-4D's 66-0244 and 65-0626 (1978-1979). This was the first brand new aircraft I was crew chief on, I got her from the factory with 5.4 hours. Capt Randy Holdman was my pilot and SrA Joe Gates was my assistant crew chief.
