Jason crewed her from 1995-1998 at Spangdahlem AB. When he got it, she had 600hrs on it. When he said goodbye in Jan of 1998, it had 2,300. Jason hand sanded the entire jet for it's respray in 1997. Looked outstanding. Heat of the fleet. Literally. Station 5 cannon plugs caught on fire in flight due to water in the plugs. So the reason the plugs must be blown after a wash on all F-16s is because of him. He caused this addition to the T.O.

This was probably my favorite F-16 that I crewed and it was my first as a DCC. I had the best assistants. It was parked in HAS 85 at Spangdahlem which was right near Perimeter Road. I took it over when it was relatively new. It already had a discolored avionics panel on the right side that remained there until it was repainted in 1997. A few months later I moved to QA before I PCSd to Utah.

Best looking jet on Spangdahlem. Doesn't fly the greatest, but it looks good.
