Errors and Omissions

27 Jan 1984 crash

The date is incorrect. I was the on-duty Flight Safety officer and responded to the crash site via AF Rescue Helicopter and conducted the initial crash sit survey and collection of samples (fuel, hydraulics, etc). as well as assisting in the recovery of the remains of a good friend ... that crash was in April, NOT January.
