Crew Chief Profile

This was the first F-16 I crewed. A single seat A model. Great jet! We tested the LANTIRN pods on her and really put her through the ringer.

Crew Chief Profile
6510th Test Wing , 1983 - 1986
This was the first single seat F-16 to be LANTIRN capable. It was a test F-16A. Along with two F-16Bs it comprised the LANTIRN test unit from 1984 to 85. Many "firsts" regarding the use of the LANTIRN pods were recorded by this aircraft.
